International Shipping
- We ship to most countries from the USA
- There may be additional VAT and duties charged upon delivery. Every country is different, regarding when the total value requires additional fees and what those fees are. Please check with your government rules

Returns and Refunds
- Before sending back your purchase, you must contact customer service to get a return authorization number and the address where to return your purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept used product returns because we never resell used products.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- The original shipping cost to send the item to you is nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- After your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
