International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries from the USA
  • For international shipping, the customer is responsible for all additional charges incurred by the destination country upon receipt of their package.  
  • In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees charged by your destination country. Since we do not collect these fees at checkout, these additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country.

Returns and Refunds

  • Before sending back your purchase, you must contact customer service to get a return authorization number and the address where to return your purchase. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept used product returns because we never resell used products.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • The original shipping cost to send the item to you is nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • After your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    There are 3 different options: Fine, Medium & Aggressive. The difference is the amount of foot you can take off with one stroke. You'll take the least amount with the fine and the most with the aggressive. We advise starting with a fine or medium as it's an easier transition from a standard rasp.
    • The Littlefoot is a smaller version of the Dymondback for animals with smaller hooves.
    • Easy for one handed use.

    • The wider surface makes leveling a hoof more accurate.
    • Refill can be reversed for a pulling action if you prefer.
    • Stays sharp much longer than the average rasp, saving you money. Just replace the refill when needed, not the frame.
