Returns and Refunds
- Before sending back your purchase, you must contact customer service to get a return authorization number and the address where to return your purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept used product returns because we never resell used products.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- The original shipping cost to send the item to you is nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- After your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- Comes with the frame and refill. You just need to add the handle. When it finally wears out, you keep the quality stainless steel frame and just replace the refill.
- There are 3 different options: Fine, Medium & Aggressive. The difference is the amount of foot you can take off with one stroke. You'll take the least amount with the fine and the most with the aggressive.
- The Littlefoot is a smaller version of the Dymondback for animals with smaller hooves.
- Easy for one handed use.
- Will not clog and slow you down.
- The wider surface makes leveling a hoof more accurate.
- Refill can be reversed for a pulling action if you prefer.
- Stays sharp much longer than the average rasp, saving you money. Just replace the refill when needed, not the frame.
